Dipping into the deep pool of Kootenay artistic endeavours this week,  First up we have KL Kivi on the new website from the Kootenay based Blood of Life Collective and the Autonomous Sinixt. 

Walking Among Giants is a short form video essay from Kaslo videographer Jesse Schpakowski. It’s Jesse’s meditation on communing with old growth trees. He tells us why he undertook this poetic project.

A national campaign for a Just Transition for climate is underway right now. Dylan Penner with the Council of Canadians in Ottawa tells us how we can take part.
